This new construction project in Brooklyn consisted of two phases.  Phase I consisted of two buildings, 1734 St. Johns Pl which has 18 units and 2156-2160 Atlantic Ave which has 30 units. 13 parking spaces were included in Phase I. In 2013, MDG broke ground on Phase II which consists of 44 units spread out over 4 buildings and covering over 60,000 sf. The project plan includes a parking lot for tenant vehicles.
